How We Show Up For Our People

We’re a people-focused organization that takes pride in the work we do and the way we do it. Our restaurants are full of energy, driven by teams who care about each other and care about the guests we serve. Every day brings something new. Some moments are fast-paced, others are more laid-back, but we stay focused on our goals and always look for ways to improve. We serve regulars we know by name and new guests we’re meeting for the first time, and we treat each interaction as a chance to make someone’s day better.
Our team members build real friendships and share meaningful experiences. We look out for each other and help each other along the way. Every restaurant has its own personality, and it’s fun to see how each crew brings their own style to the job. A positive mindset is something we value, because when people enjoy what they do, it shows in the service, the teamwork, and the overall atmosphere.
Safety is a priority. Every crew member and manager completes OSHA training, food safety courses, and respectful workplace training. We want our restaurants to be safe and welcoming for everyone. When someone new joins the team, we take time to get to know them, help them settle in, and support them as they learn the ropes. Our training system is designed to be clear, consistent, and paced in a way that helps people succeed.
We also believe in growth. Our continuing education program includes workshops on operations and leadership, and we host a podcast where our team talks through real-world leadership stories and lessons. Between Iron Arch and McDonald’s, there are plenty of training opportunities designed to challenge and develop our people. Many of our leaders started as crew members and now help run the organization. Coaching is part of our daily routine, and mentorship happens naturally across all levels. We’re here to help people grow, whether they stay with us long-term or take what they’ve learned into the world.
