Behind the Counter

Behind the counter is where the magic happens — and it’s powered by our people. We’re committed to building a team that’s confident, capable, and proud of the work they do. That starts with training. Every team member gets hands-on development designed to build skills, boost confidence, and prepare them to deliver world-class service.

We don’t just train for today — we develop for the future. Whether someone is just starting out or growing into a leadership role, we provide the tools and support to help them thrive. Our goal is to create a workplace where people feel empowered, respected, and excited to come to work.

In Front of the Counter

We love serving our communities — and we mean that. From everyday moments to big annual events, we’re here to make a positive impact. We proudly support organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities, Rock House Kids, and Easterseals, and we’re always looking for ways to give back.

One of our favorite traditions is our October event at our Beloit location — one of the first restaurants our family started with. Every year, we hand out 1,000 full-size pumpkins, sell 97¢ Big Macs, and host a themed celebration with face painting, games, and local businesses and organizations joining in. It’s a day full of fun, connection, and community pride.

We also participate in several holiday parades each year, designing a new float every time to keep things fresh and festive. These events aren’t just about showing up — they’re about showing who we are: a team that fosters empowerment, development, and treats our communities with world-class service.
